ReplyDeleteThis blog was created to promote the fundraiser for the school. We raised just over $500 for the high school automotive class including the profit from the raffle sales. I had to cover the $150 cost of the slice with the raffle sales. To have the contest for free would have defeated the purpose of raising funds. There were plenty of free make 'n takes, door prizes and giveaways at the event. The next event is on March 6th. Again there will be a raffle to contribute to the funds raised but if you come to the event everyone gets a free welcome package and there are enought door prizes for everyone along with the free make ' takes, but there are also 50/50 draws and toonie project along with the raffle to raise funds for boys trying to rebuild their 1991 firebird.
